Made from 100% organic agave that is grown and harvested in the sun drenched hills of Oaxaca, this mezcal is carefully crafted using traditional methods passed down through generations of skilled mezcaleros. After roasting the agave hearts in an earthen pit oven, the mezcal is crushed using a tahona, before being fermented
