Description
Cornell, Cabernet Sauvignon Sonoma County Brut ZeroThe 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon is aging beautifully. Dark, ample and potent, it rushes across the palate with black cherry, plum, chocolate, spice and incense. It is just starting to show the first signs of aromatic development yet retains gorgeous depth and fine balance. The 2014 captures all the linear energy of the year. It is a terrific wine for an estate that had just made a major push toward improving farming and winemaking at the time.
the 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Georges III Vineyard is straight-up gorgeous
the 2017 Chinon Clos du Chêne Vert comes from a vineyard located in the city itself
with very fine raisin flavors that fill the whole aftertaste
the nose with greater intensity
Tasted in Wiesbaden at the end of August 2021
Ruby-purple
This is an interesting wine because while there is good power the overall impression is one of restraint
Bas Chenevery and les Herbuottes)
The 1999 Crozes-Hermitage Cuvee Tour d'Albon is powerful
This is a nice Chateauneuf
with immense depth and concentration
a centenary winery
