Domaine de l'Aigle a Deux Tetes, Les Clous Poulsard 2022 LouroHenri Le Roy, a former biologist, relocated to the Jura in 2005 to establish l'Aigle Deux Ttes (Two headed Eagle). He cultivates around 5 hectares of vines in the Vincelles area, a village just above Rotalier (home to Ganevat and Labet). Henri farms his vines without synthetic chemicals (though they are not certified organic) and produces wines in the topped up (Ouille) style, using no additives except for SO2 at bottling.
