Ardmore 25 Year Old SMOS Marriage 56.6This 1997 vintage Ardmore was matured for 25 years in a hogshead cask and bottled for The Marriage of Casks (The Single Malts of Scotland) range. Nose: Cinnamon and nutmeg followed by buttery shortbread dipped in milk chocolate. Palate: Strawberries, vanilla ice cream, lemon zest and a hint of eucalyptus. Finish: Dark chocolate and crystalised stem ginger.
