I believe these lithographs were printed by George Miller in New York, but have not located much biographical information on the artist. We currently have 3 lithographs, each a Memento Mori Day of Dead Carnival still life subjects with skulls and masks, of similar size, in editions of 25.

Born in Prague and raised in Vienna
