'The Crossing' Shiraz 2018 White Wine mulberry and ripe plumsThe 2018 'The Crossing' Shiraz is the product of a delightful vintage from the Turners Crossing vineyard at Serpentine, Central Victoria. The shiraz fruit is from low yielding vines and was harvested at the appropriate time to ensure optimum balance, ripeness and intensity of flavour. The fruit was transferred without de stemming, to open fermenters on arrival at the winery, where it remained for 3 weeks; plunged and pumped over 3 times per day, every
